Working Diligently

Writing update: I'm working hard on the next book in the Sulfur Heights Series, Tragic Love. After writing forty pages and staring at it for hours pissed off it wasn't what I wanted, I had to start over. Then, like a moth to a flame, I found the story I was desperately trying to write. I'm hoping to have it released before the end of the year, or sooner if time allows. Currently, I work full time to pay the bills and write when I get a free chance. Often times I will be burning the midnight oil or wake at 3 AM to get a few quite hours of writing before I have to start my normal routine.

Thanks again for all the love and support I've received on Scarred Love. I'm truly grateful for everyone's positive feedback and I'm glad to see it's been a great success.

How do you do it?

I know there are several aspiring authors out there who work a full time job and tend the to their family before they get the opportunity to write. So how do you do it? For me, writing in the wee hours of the morning inspires my creative side. Some of the best words I've put down on paper usually happens before the sun has even considers to rise. I want to wish you all luck with your writing and pursuing your passion.

Let the Editing Begin

Good Morning!
This weekend I will be hard at work making the necessary changes to my manuscript and I have to pinch myself. Can this possibly be real? It's been an incredible journey, but its only begun. I've received great feedback from my editors, who are amazing by the way, and I'm still in awe how much they love my story. I can't wait for my readers to read Darcie and Reggie's story. I'm not sure what I'm saying, just rambling out the thoughts in my head.
